About AME Consulting

I’m Aileen M. Edwards, a Certified Coach specializing in Leadership Coaching and Human Resource Consulting. I have over thirty years of Professional Human Resource Management (HRM) experience, including spending over two decades at the senior level.

My expertise enables me to empower people that want to put in the hard work to grow personally and professionally. It includes providing leadership coaching to new and established leaders along with HR consulting services to big and small businesses.

My business got off the ground in 2020 during the height of the pandemic, so my services have been mainly virtual. I primarily serve clients across the GTA, Kingston, Belleville, Trenton, and Northumberland County.
